AT&T Florissant

Florissant, Missouri

The AT&T technical center in Florissant was inundated with leaks and a failing roof system. After a few years of trying to patch the system, they opted for Taylor Roofing to come in and replace the entire structure with a new roof. After removing the ballast, we took pictures to show the worn out sections; removed the existing built up gravel roof down to the deck; and then installed a new temporary desk with vapor barrier; and then a granulated SBS modified roof to finish the system.


Memorial Hospital East

Shiloh Illinois

Built in a natural setting in Shiloh, Illinois, Memorial Hospital East is a 207,212 square foot hospital offering a complete line of services for our patients, visitors, and the community.

Owned and operated by Protestant Memorial Medical Center, Inc., a community-based, not-for-profit corporation, Memorial Hospital East provides employment for more than 450 people.

East St. Louis Senior High School

East St. Louis, Illinois

The home of the Flyers, remodeled just about the entire school and added additional educational spaces recently.

East Side High School

Good Samaritan Hospital

Mt. Vernon, Illinois

Working together with McCarthy Building Companies, Taylor Roofing provided the expertise to complete the multiple roofs at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.


Belleville, Illinois

Currently under construction on the West end of Belleville, Hofbrauhaus is  based on the original Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany. With authentic food, beer, attire, and oompah bands flown in from Germany and Austria.


Clayton Executive Building I and II

Clayton, Missouri

The Clayton Executive Center I & II buildings were also in need of new roofs. Eliminating the old ballast roof with a fully adhered EPDM by Taylor Roofing was completed this past year.


St. Louis, Missouri

St. Louis welcomed IKEA on September 30, 2015. Taylor Roofing was proud to be a part of the construction team on the 380,000 square foot building. The roof specifications included a mechanically attached TPO roof.  The sheet metal was done by Hyde Sheet Metal and the general contractor was SM Wilson.

Mellow Mushroom

Sunset Hills, Missouri

Mellow Mushroom, a Southeast pizza chain opened it’s first store in the bi-state area on S. Lindberg in Sunset Hills. The facility had a 60 mil Versico TPO roof installed by Taylor Roofing.

Wydown Middle School

Clayton, Missouri

Expansion and re roofing of Wydown Middle School included installing a  ‘Live Roof”.  This type of roofing system not only allows higher efficiency, but a patio area for faculty and students to teach and study in a more relaxed condition.

South County Rehabilitation Center

St. Louis, Missouri

Taylor Roofing was able to replace an aging built up roof of the South County Rehabilitation Center with a new Firestone UltraPly TPO roof. This state-run organization is a 24-hour a day care facility for the developmentally disabled. Currently, 59 people ages 24 to 74 reside in the house and are maintained by caregivers. Founded in1982, the building is supported by the Missouri Department of Mental Health.

4260 Forest Park

St. Louis, Missouri

4260 Forest Park is one of the newest construction projects in the Central West End.  The Tarlton/Interface join venture selected Taylor Roofing to install mechanically attached insulation and a fully adhered Versico 60 mil TPO roof.  This roofing system carries a 20 year manufacturers warranty.
