A Tarlton/Interface joint venture located in the Central West End of St. Louis, MO, this commercial roof features mechanically attached insulation and a fully adhered Versico 60 mil TPO roof, which carries a 20 year manufacturers warranty.

Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL is a excellent example of our commercial roofing capabilities. This was a multi-roof project in conjunction with McCarthy Building Companies. 

Clayton Executive Building I and II

Time and the elements had taken their toll on the roofs of the Clayton Executive Center I & II buildings. Jim Taylor Inc. (Taylor Roofing) eliminated the old ballast roof and replaced it with a fully adhered EPDM roof. 

AT&T Florissant

Florissant, MO

With scores of leaks and a failing roof system, made worse by years of attempts to patch it, the AT&T Technical Center in Florissant, MO was the kind of challenge we live for here at Jim Taylor Inc. (Taylor Roofing)! When the company was finally ready for a whole new roof, our team sprang into action, by removing the ballast, taking pictures of the worn out sections, removing the existing built up gravel roof down to the deck, and installing a new temporary deck with vapor barrier. Finally, a granulated SBS modified roof finished the brand new system.

Memorial Hospital East

Shiloh, IL

A new construction project set in the peaceful countryside of Shiloh, IL, Memorial Hospital East called for a roof that would compliment its natural setting and design. Today, this 207,212 square foot hospital, owned and operated by Protestant Memorial Medical Center, Inc., offers a complete line of services for patients, visitors, and the community, and employs over 450 people. Jim Taylor Inc. (Taylor Roofing) is proud to include it in our growing portfolio. 

IKEA

St. Louis, MO

When IKEA decided to build a new store in St. Louis, MO in September 2015, Jim Taylor Inc. (Taylor Roofing) was proud to be a part of the construction team led by general contractor SM Wilson. The roof specifications on the 380,000 square foot building included a mechanically attached TPO roof. The sheet metal was done by Hyde Sheet Metal.

Wydown Middle School

Clayton, MO

When the Wydown Middle School decided to expand their facility, the plans called for the installation of a "LiveRoof.”

McKendree Metro RecPlex

O'Fallon, IL

McKendree MetroRecPlex in O'Fallon, IL is a state of the art sports complex which includes two NHL- sized hockey rinks. The ice rink arena has unique features related to energy conservation and condensation management. Jim Taylor worked with the owners, general contractor and designers constructing a system that will add to the sustainability and longevity of the arena. 

South County Rehabilitation Center

St. Louis, MO

South County Rehabilitation Center is a state-run 24-hour a day care facility for the developmentally disabled founded in 1982 and supported by the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Jim Taylor Inc. (Taylor Roofing) recently replaced the facility's aging roof with a new Firestone UltraPly TPO roof. This gives the facility's approximately 60 residents, ages 24 to 74, and their caregivers a greater degree of safety and comfort.
